It was born from a bold, revolutionary idea—that the human body possesses an Innate Intelligence, and that true health and optimal potential can be restored by removing interference to the nervous system.
For decades, chiropractors carried this torch forward. We facilitated healing. We educated. We inspired.
We stood apart for a reason—because we stood for something real.But somewhere along the way, that vision was hijacked.
In the early days, chiropractic schools were alive with diversity. Diverse ideas, philosophies, and approaches. But through a calculated series of moves, a coordinated network of institutions now known simply as the Cartel, seized control over chiropractic’s future.
1974: The Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE) was granted federal recognition, giving it a stranglehold on accreditation and, by extension, curriculum and legitimacy.
Licensing boards soon fell in line, requiring CCE-approved degrees and effectively shutting out any school that honored the profession’s vitalistic roots.
Philosophy and subluxation were stripped from the curriculum. In their place? Allopathic mimicry. Compliance. Control.
Chiropractors who resisted were labeled dangerous, unscientific, or illegitimate, pushed to the margins of the very profession they helped build.

We didn’t just lose institutions, we lost identity.
We lost freedom in education, as principled schools were forced to conform or close.
We lost philosophical integrity, as the foundational concepts of Innate Intelligence and vertebral subluxation were deemed irrelevant.
We lost autonomy in practice, as those who honored the original principles were denied insurance recognition, institutional support, and basic legitimacy.
And worst of all, we lost trust in our own profession because those in power decided that acceptance by outsiders mattered more than truth.
We lost our voice.
We lost our story.
We lost our soul.
We refuse to surrender chiropractic to those who never understood its purpose.
The Chiropractic Freedom Coalition is more than a group. It’s a movement—fueled by chiropractors, students, educators, and advocates who believe that now is the time to reclaim, restore, and reawaken the principles that once defined us.
We believe:
Chiropractic is not just a technique, it is a sacred trust.
Freedom in education and true autonomy must be restored and returned to those who honor its roots.
Our future depends on courage, clarity, and conviction. Not compromise.
As B.J. Palmer charged us:
“Time always has and always will perpetuate those methods which better serve mankind. Chiropractic is no exception to that rule. My illustrious father placed this trust in my keeping, to keep it pure and unsullied or defamed. I pass it on to you unstained, to protect as he would have you do.”
We stand in that lineage, not just in belief, but in action.
This is about building institutions that cannot be captured.
Training doctors who cannot be compromised.
And telling a story that cannot be silenced.
This isn’t about organizations.
This isn’t about ego.
This is about mission.
It’s about truth.
It’s about legacy.
It’s about generations.
The generations that came before us. And the generations of humanity that need access to our care.
